Helping you move through self-doubt, disconnection, and old patterns so you can feel grounded, empowered, and free.

You may find yourself stuck in self-doubt, shame, or a sense of not fully knowing who you are. Maybe you people-please, lose yourself in relationships, or repeat patterns you desperately want to change but feel powerless to shift. Perhaps you avoid decisions, numb out, or stay in situations that don’t feel good because the alternative feels overwhelming.

You are not alone in this.

Our work gently explores how your nervous system learned to survive — and how those patterns may be holding you back today. Using attachment repair, somatic awareness, and trauma-informed approaches, we’ll bring curiosity and compassion to your experiences rather than judgment. We’ll work together to heal old wounds, reconnect you with your body’s wisdom, and help you build a more secure, trusting relationship with yourself.

Therapy with me can help you:

  1. Feel more connected in mind, body, and spirit

  2. Experience empowerment, self-compassion, and inner steadiness

  3. Create relationships that feel fulfilling, safe, and reciprocal

  4. Understand and shift the attachment patterns that keep you stuck

Healing Trauma Through Attachment Repair & Nervous-System Work

Many people carry trauma — whether single events, chronic relational wounds, or experiences too overwhelming to process at the time. Sometimes the body moves forward, yet part of you still feels stuck in the past. You may notice panic, intrusive memories, nightmares, hypervigilance, or a sense of not being fully safe in your own skin. Some early trauma may not even have words.

Together, we’ll create a safe and steady space to gently explore your history. Instead of forcing yourself to relive the past, we work slowly and somatically, helping your nervous system release what it has been holding. While my primary approach integrates the Adult Attachment Repair Model (AARM) and body-centered, relational healing, I also incorporate EMDR when it is helpful. EMDR can support the reprocessing of traumatic memories, while attachment repair work deepens the underlying sense of safety and regulation that makes long-term healing possible.

Our work helps your system shift out of survival mode and into a place where you can feel grounded, present, and connected again.

Therapy with me can help you:

  1. Calm your nervous system during moments of panic or overwhelm

  2. Feel grounded and present rather than stuck in survival mode

  3. Find relief from fear, stress, and traumatic memories

  4. Rebuild inner safety and trust in yourself and others

Helping Couples Repair Disconnection and Create Deeper Intimacy

Relationships are complex and deeply emotional. Whether you’ve been together for one year or twenty, all couples move through seasons of distress. Conflict, emotional distance, sexual difficulties, infidelity, parenting challenges, illness, and the pressures of daily life can all impact how you relate to one another.

Most couples never received a roadmap for navigating these moments. You’re not failing — you’re human.

In our work together, I integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) with attachment-based principles, nervous-system awareness, and elements of Imago and the Gottman Method. Rather than just teaching communication skills, we go beneath the surface to understand the attachment needs, vulnerabilities, and protective patterns that drive your negative cycles.

From there, we create new patterns of connection, responsiveness, and emotional intimacy.

Therapy with me can help you and your partner:

  1. Understand each other’s deeper needs and attachment patterns

  2. Break free from reactive cycles and build new ways of connecting

  3. Feel heard, validated, supported, and emotionally close

  4. Rekindle intimacy — emotionally, physically, and relationally

  5. Cultivate a relationship that feels resilient, alive, and fulfilling
